Review of Little Princess

Conor gernnan the author has done a really good work writing the book. At first, I really thought it’s a boring book, but when I read the book I realized that it is not only about Conor traveling around the world. First, he volunteered in a third world orphanage in Nepal and he loved his experience over there, and all the children loved him and they were looking forward for him to stay with them. After the first year has passed and the time for him to go back to the states it was a really hard moments for him when the children asking him to stay in Nepal. He was upset, sad, and confused because the children were trying to convince him to stay. Moreover, he loved the children maybe more than they loved him, he felt like they are his own children and he’s committed to them, and that he would do anything to help them. Many volunteered who were in the same position as Conor never returned to Nepal, and that’s was a lack for the children to believe him that he’s coming back that’s why the kept asking him on and on.  He left Nepal and he visited a lot of countries after Nepal and he never forgot he’s promise to the children about returning to Nepal for them. Finally, he returned to Nepal he found out after talking to the woman that not all of the children are orphans and some have kidnaped by child traffickers. After the woman has explained everything to Conor, he decided to help them to return them to their families. He would risk his life on a journey through the legendary mountains of Nepal, facing the dangers all just to see every child happy with his/her family. Conor has invented the next generation Nepal; however, Conor’s organization, Next Generation Nepal, has reconnected almost 300 families with children they feared were lost to them forever. Honestly, I learned a lot from Conor’s experience, and this is a really interesting book. I would recommend it fro everyone to read it because it let you know abouth orpahanage in other countries and that we should the same and help them to return to their families, and even if they don’t have a family we should try to let them feel that there not strange in this world and we all as human are the same and no one is better than no one.
